1981
Introduced
This year, our founder began managing sales and representation of the prestigious international brand manufacturer of insert inserters and microfilming machines from Bell & Howell for Latin America, from Puerto Rico.
1984
Office opens in Santo Domingo
Document Control Systems was founded and began to offer Microfilming services to government agencies.
1987
Document Control Systems is founded
Document Control Systems is founded, maintaining this exclusivity.
1988
Exclusive sale of Minolta products
Exclusive sale of Minolta products for handling Microfilms was acquired.
1995
Aquarius DMS development begins
Given the growing need to use a digital document manager and the absence of Minolta Mims Software, Document Control Systems began the development of the first Software for managing images in Spanish, designed for the Puerto Rican Market: Aquarius DMS. Directed by our great friend Humberto Chacón.
1998
Neopost Machines
The representation of the Neopost Machines was acquired.
1999
The successful launch
The successful launch of the Aquarius DMS Software is given to a financial entity that uses the software to this day!!!!
2001
Postal meters
DCS in 2001 obtained the distribution of Hasler postal meters.
2005
Aquarius Imaging
Operations in Florida, USA of Aquarius Imaging LLC, creating one of the first SaaS ECM on the market.
2016
AQ FORMS
Software development for managing electronic forms.
