The real cost of high-volume information
Files, contracts, invoices, medical records, forms. In many organizations, critical information is spread across paper archives, shared folders and email inboxes. Each new document adds weight to a system that was never designed to scale.
The consequences show up in daily operations long before anyone calls them a "document management problem":
- Hours lost searching for records that exist but cannot be located.
- Duplicate or outdated versions circulating between departments.
- Sensitive information without clear rules about who can see it.
- Physical space, storage and transport costs that grow every year.
- Audits and regulatory requests that turn into emergencies.
What intelligent management means
Intelligent information management is not about scanning everything and putting it in a folder. It is a structured approach that turns documents into information the organization can find, control and trust.
Centralize
One repository for every document type, instead of scattered archives, drives and inboxes.
Organize
Manual or automatic indexing with metadata, so every record can be located with precise criteria.
Protect
Access and distribution controlled by hierarchy and function, with an audit trail of who did what.
Scale
A structure that keeps working as volume grows, without multiplying people, space or cost.
From paper to searchable information
The first step is converting physical archives into digital assets. Our team digitizes documents at your location or at our professional scanning and production center, with high-speed equipment capable of processing up to 10,000 pages per hour.
Each image goes through capture, indexing and quality control before it reaches the Aquarius repository, so what arrives is not just a picture of a page, but a record ready to be searched.

AQ Web: your documents, from any browser
Once documents are digitized and indexed in Aquarius DMS, AQ Web puts them within reach of the people who need them. It is the browser-based component of the Aquarius suite: no local installation, no special workstation, just a traditional browser.
AQ Web supports most browsers, so images are visible whether on a computer, a tablet or a mobile phone. Teams in the office, in the field or working remotely consult the same repository, with the same permissions and the same level of control.

Advanced search
Boolean and full-text logic to find a record among thousands in seconds.
Scan from the browser
Capture new documents directly into the repository, where they are indexed and protected.
View, print and email
Consult, print or send documents without leaving the platform.
Any device
Works on computers, tablets and phones through a standard browser.
Hierarchy-based access
Each user sees only what their role and function allow.
